Loosing Weight

Trying to get down to 145 is starting to rub me the wrong way. I'm eating all of the right foods, not drinking, and training 2-4 hours per day. I'm kind of stuck at 158-160.

The only thing that has proven a little bit difficult for me is the extra cardio on top of the training that I'm doing. My shins are getting upset with me over all of the running I'm doing (shin splints), and I don't have anything else at home to do. I'll be getting myself a jump rope and going back to boot camp which is only twice a week. Also, I'll be trying to see Tony two other times per week, but...

I only have two more weeks to go. This Saturday, in fact, will be exactly two weeks. I have 15 pounds to go. 10 pounds can get me within cutting distance.

I'm getting closer to the point where I'm questioning whether or not I should even try for 145, and build to be strong enough for the next division up, 160. Time will tell...
