Brian McLaughlin vs Ryan Hall II

This is Brian's second match with Ryan Hall. Ryan Hall has been making a name for himself lately, beating many top ranked guys. For those who are only mildly interested in this, fast forward to about 5:15. Brian McLaughlin is the man, and we're all lucky to be training under him.

Gonzaga & Couture Give Side By Side Interview on ESPNews

Lookie what I found...I think the interviewer was acting like a complete ass though. He mentioned how boxers make fools out of themselves at weigh ins and such, and then tries to coax both Randy and Gabriel into the same game. It's too bad they couldn't find anyone familiar with the sport to give this interview. I mean, come on...I would have given the interview for free, and I could have done 100 times the job that this guy did. Oh well, here it is:

Cliffstock

When Cliff found out that Neil's huge party was going to be in PA instead of Rhinebeck, he decided that he'd go a head and have some people together at his place for everyone who wasn't going to drive several hours for one night of partying. As most gatherings that Cliff puts together, it was much fun. Carol is still enamored by her new camera, and she shot off a bunch of pictures. There were also some taken by others who happened to get their hands on her camera during the night. Here are the better ones. Enjoy!

This is the picture that started the night off. I made a huge ugly face that, combined with the up-closeness of the picture, got some pretty good laughs...

The second try came out a little bit better, but I did my best to make that one look equally as rediculous...

Carol continued to play with her new phone while Cliff phoned some more people to come party with us...

...while I decided what I wanted to drink, now that I've all but given up on making my 145 pound goal.

Carol is very happy that I'm not going to drop so much weight. I'm sure Mom would be too (and will be once she hears).

Katlyn was pretty happy too, but I think it was more that she was finally able to see Carol again. Carol was pretty happy too, as this feels as though it has been the first Friday night that Carol has been able to hang out with everyone since she started taking crazy hours at work...

This is just a strange and pretty irrelevant picture. It should be here with the rest of them though...

So, there was this girl Jean that Cliff described to be very much like Carol who was coming to the party. Cliff predicted that her and Carol would hit it off and be talking for hours on end. He was right...

They have tons in common, including a nursing career. It wasn't long before they were declaring themselves the best of friends!

It also wasn't long before Carol wanted to play with her camera herself again...

We'll wrap this up with a picture of all the lovely ladies that were around tonight, except Destiny. Of course, there were many people who were hanging out that didn't get caught by the camera, so I hereby apologize to those who are missing out on their 15 minutes of fame on the world famous Janicik Blog.
